  Use SimForm to perform a thermal cooling analysis for your plastic compression mold designs. These analyses help you identify hot spots on the plastic part and develop cooling layouts to improve the part quality and reduce cycle times.

Create a job

Create a job and upload the ATV grill mold design.

In the Add a new job window, in the Job Name box, type Extracting cooling channels.
Click Select file, navigate to your downloaded part file folder, select extract_channels_grill.stp, and click Open.
Click Add to create a new job.
The display window shows the mold design you uploaded.
