  Use SimForm to perform thermal cooling analyses for your plastic injection mold designs. These analyses help you identify hot spots on the plastic part and develop cooling layouts to improve part quality and reduce cycle times.

Create a job

Create a job and upload the ATV grill mold design.

In the Add a New Job window, in the Job Name box, type Extracting cooling channels.
Click Select Files, navigate to your downloaded part file folder, select extract_channels_grill.stp, and click Open.
Click Add to create a new job.

Note:

Do not refresh the page until all CAD parts are fully loaded as it interrupts the process and prevents the model from loading.

The display window shows the mold design you uploaded.
