Compression Molding
- Compression molding overview
  Use SimForm to perform thermal cooling analyses for your plastic compression mold designs. These analyses help you identify hot spots on the plastic part and develop cooling layouts to improve part quality and reduce cycle times.

Create a channel design project

Create a project to add and manage jobs for the flanged transition housing cooling design.

Log in to SimForm.
On the Projects page, click the project type dropdown and choose Channel Design Project.
Click Add a Project .
In the Project Name box, type Flanged transition housing.
Click Add.
The Add a New Job window opens.
