  Use SimForm to perform a thermal cooling analysis for your plastic injection mold designs. These analyses help you identify hot spots on the plastic part and develop cooling layouts to improve the part quality and reduce cycle times.

Run the simulation

Start the simulation solving process after categorizing model components and defining materials.

All model components are assigned to their appropriate panels.
Materials are defined for all required components.
Inlets and outlets are defined for cooling channels, if the model includes them.

In the Setup page, click Submit Job

to start the simulation solve.

You can click Cancel

to terminate a submitted job before its status changes to In Progress. You cannot cancel a job when the solve status is in progress.

When the solve is completed, open the results page to view the thermal analysis results of your job.
