Managing a company account

A company account allows you, as an administrator, to manage app usage, purchase and share credits, and monitor authorized users' account activity.

When you add users to your subscription account, it is automatically upgraded to a company account. It offers you additional privileges and enhances collaboration across your organization.

Managing users

With a company account, you can:

  • Invite users to your company account by sending them an invitation email. Once they accept the invitation, they gain access to the company's resources and projects.
  • Remove users who no longer require access to ensure that only authorized personnel can interact with company data.

Managing credits

With a company account, you can ensure your team has the necessary resources for simulations and manage credits efficiently. You can:

  • Purchase credits to ensure that team members can access resources without needing to purchase credits individually.
  • Monitor credit usage based on project priorities.
  • Control the visibility of credits by choosing whether to show or hide available credits from invited users.

Tracking usage

You can track and analyze your team's activities through detailed usage reports. You can:

  • Generate reports on credit usage, project activities, and user interactions.
  • Export usage data for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders to provide transparency and insights.

Collaborating on projects

A company account lets you, as an administrator, access to your team’s projects, allowing you to edit and collaborate efficiently. You can work on projects created by team members, modify settings, update simulations, and adjust configurations to improve outcomes.
