Create a SimForm account

Create an account to access the SimForm application.

  1. Open your web browser and go to the SimForm website at https://simform.app/.
  2. On the homepage, click Free Trial.
  3. In the Choose your server window, select one of the following options:
    • Americas/Europe if you are in a country located in North America, South America, or Europe.
    • Asia-Pacific if you are in a country located in Asia or the Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand.
  4. On the Sign up for your free trial page, in the Email Address box, enter an email address that you will use to log in to SimForm.
  5. In the New Password box, create a new password that you will use to log in to SimForm.
  6. In the Confirm New Password box, enter your password again to confirm it.
  7. In the Company name box, enter your company name.
  8. In the Name box, enter the account name.
    You can use your company name or the administrator username.
  9. In the Phone Number box, enter a phone number associated to your account.
  10. From the Country/Region list, select the company location.
    If your company has multiple business locations, select the location associated with SimForm users.
  11. Review the Terms of service and Privacy policy, and select the I agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy check box.
  12. Click Create.
  13. Log in to SimForm using your email address and password.

You now have a free trial account with a number of free credits that you can use to create a limited number of projects. To purchase additional credits, you must send an email to info@simform.app to schedule a consultation with our technical team. We will assess your requirements and recommend the most suitable plan based on your specific use cases and objectives.
