Creating an account

A SimForm account allows you to access the web-app interface and create different projects for your mold designs.

SimForm offers different types of accounts:

Trial account: When you first create your account, it is automatically set up as a trial account. It provides a number of free credits that you can use to create a limited number of projects. You can use your own mold design models or sample models provided within the app to explore and experience the application's capabilities.
Subscription account: When you purchase credits for your account, your trial account is automatically upgraded to a subscription account. This upgrade allows you to run more simulations and can also be used as a company account by adding users from your company to your account. To purchase credits, you must send an email to info@simform.app to request the desired number of credits for your account.
Company account: When you add users to your subscription account, it is automatically upgraded to a company account. A company account allows you to add users, manage credits, and access usage statistics for your company.
User account: If your account is added to a company account, you can access the SimForm web application and use the shared company credits to create and run mold cooling thermal analysis projects for your mold designs. This account does not allow you to purchase credits, add, or manage users.

Selecting the server region

When creating a SimForm account, you must select one of the following server regions based on your location:

Americas/Europe if you are in a country located in North America, South America, or Europe.
Asia-Pacific if you are in a country located in Asia or the Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand.

SimForm uses servers based on regions to ensure better performance, faster access speeds, and improved reliability. You can only access credits and projects associated with the selected server region. Projects and credits from a different server region are not accessible.
